"Open Facets and Identifiable Surfaces."
Abstract: The question of minimizing a convex function over a polyhedral set can be great simplified by recognizing what face (or edge or vertex etc...) the solution lies upon. "Open facets" and "identifiable surfaces" attempt to generalize this concept to a larger variety of sets.
