On Cyclotomic Polynomials with Coefficients +1 or -1

Abstract:

In this talk, we will discuss some properties of the cyclotomic
polynomials with coefficients +1 or -1.  We will show that the coefficients
of these polynomials of even degree satisfy some "periodicity" property.
A complete characterization of these polynomials will be given and the 
L4-norm of these polynomials will be also discussed.
