The two main goals of the workshop are, first, to present a series of interesting and varied mathematical talks on topics related to experimental mathematics, and second, to produce an electronic document containing high-quality exposition of examples of constructive and experimental mathematics. We hope in this way to demonstrate principles of good experimental mathematics, as well as to produce an `organic document' of inherent interest.
