The student has at his disposal not only the full complement of GSP tools, but also a specially constructed collection of Poincaré universe tools (either previously downloaded into the Toolbox, or downloaded individually via links). Many of these tools were constructed as direct analogues to the corresponding Euclidean tools (e.g. tools to construct segments or measure angles, or . . .), while others are specifically Poincaré oriented (e.g. a tool to construct the [unique] common perpendicular to two divergent Poincaré lines, or the line asymptotic to a given one, or . . .). The student is also given strategically placed links to the "empty" Poincare universe sketch to encourage him to experiment with these tools to answer his own questions.
